This carefully designed itinerary offers relaxation activities, essential personal space and time for your well-deserved rejuvenation. Your complimentary massage and any 1:1 coaching session you book will be sheduled into free time.

Opening guided meditation followed by time to get to know your fellow retreat attendees in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. Light canapés and juices available with a gorgeous view.

14:45 - 15:45 | Awaken Intuition Through Journalling
​
This reflective journaling session includes journaling prompts to awaken your intuition and provide insights and shifts in consciousness. Each person will be gifted a beautiful journal and will have time for reflection, drawing, or journaling. The journalling session will be followed by group discussion and a wisdom share and will conclude with a few heart opening yoga poses and a full body relaxation so that new perspectives and insights can be fully integrated.

Trauma and healing are two words that go hand in hand yet feel to be worlds apart when we are trying to get from one to the other. During this transformational event you will be guided through a grounding intention setting candle ceremony, a guided meditation, and divine connection to help you release the traumas you have experienced - no matter how big or small they may seem. You can expect to take a deep dive into your soul so that you may leave feeling empowered and ready to move forward with grace.

We live in a fast paced world where our attention is often divided between multiple things at a time. We worry about work, our families, our social lives, and more all while hearing about the concepts of presence, self care, and stillness. It can feel impossible to settle into the quiet alignment that our soul desperately craves. In this class you will be guided through intention setting, a powerful meditation giving you permission to be in full presence, journal prompts, gentle yoga movements, and chakra alignment to settle you deeper into the comfort of your mind and body. You will leave feeling nourished and at peace as you enter back into your day to day life.

Ewa Ostapczuk
Retreat Host & Registered Dietician
Ewa will be your onsite point of contact, helping with your wellness activities and any questions you may have.
Ewa is an Irish Registered Dietitian, who graduated with a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Dublin Institute of Technology & Trinity College Dublin.
She worked in a clinical setting for 2 years, where she realized that what she really wanted to do, is to help people get healthy early in their lives, and help prevent admission to hospital in the first place.
Ewa has a special interest in plant based nutrition, and is the cofounder of the Plant Based Diets And Food Sustainability Special Interest Group.

Angela Thompson
Yoga Instructor
Angela Thompson is a registered massage therapist and yoga teacher living on Galiano Island, BC.
Her passion for anatomy and physiology has greatly influenced her teaching style. She encourages you to slow down and get curious about how it feels to be YOU as you connect mind, body and spirit. A safe space where all bodies are welcome.

Angela will be teaching Hatha Yoga at this retreat, a style of yoga with poses designed to help us slow down and appreciate the moment and what our bodies are doing for us.

Amanda Blaire
Spiritual Life Coach
Amanda will will leading two sessions at this retreat; a Trauma Healing Ceremony and a Presence & Alignment Class.
Amanda is a Spiritual Life Coach with certifications in life coaching, shamanic techniques, energy healing, and more. She focuses on turning moments of trauma and pain into transformational moments of purpose and growth. After spending years searching for fulfillment, and enduring a few "dark nights of the soul", Amanda was set on a path of spiritual healing and self improvement that she desperately needed. Through her healing she found that sharing her experiences, modalities, and insights was uplifting those around her and inspiring them to also move forward on their journey. She quickly saw that she was being called to contribute to the greater good in helping others. Professionally, Amanda has spent years in coaching roles working in management, human resources, and personal training. She brings a well rounded approach calling in both spirituality and doses of reality to help others move through their blocks towards wholeness, authenticity, and purpose.
Farrah Nazarali
Yoga Instructor & Conflict Mediator
Farah has been teaching yoga for over 20 years in a variety of settings - yoga studios, public schools, non-profits, corporate classes, and in retreat settings. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her studies in Tibetan Buddhism, Lineage-based yoga, conflict resolution, and non-violent communication.
She is also a pioneer in integrating conflict resolution skills with yogic practices and Buddhist wisdom; bringing a somatic approach to communication and conflict.​​

The Galiano Inn is only a 5 minute walk from Galiano's ferry terminal, which means you can leave your car (and city life) behind if you want.
